The food was disappointing, with rubbery calamari that gave the feeling of a punishment rather than a meal. The noise from noisy guests ruined my peace every night! I expected at least a room upgrade due to these inconveniences, but it seems such expectations are lost on this hotel. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay overall, the room I stayed in was spotless and reasonably large with a balcony. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from a large park. Plus, it was really close to nice restaurants.

The restaurant was excellent with a nightly buffet, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. The view was EXCEPTIONAL btw. The location was lovely and our room was new-fashioned.

Noise levels from other guests clearly disrupt peace every night!!! Lack of cleanliness in the pool area, with debris floating around, is unacceptable!!! Charging extra for room amenities is a mood killer!!!

I did not feel like a guest at the restaurant. Food was all right but the stuff was doing their job disturbing.

I loved the rooftop pool.
The staff's responsiveness was quite disappointing, particularly at the bar where they seemed reluctant to help. The food quality was far from what I expected, with several dishes being undercooked and lacking flavor. Lastly, noise from the air conditioning unit made it uncomfortable at night.

wide light and nice rooms. see view is a must! choose room higher than 4 floor. close to the beach and centre of the city.
internal doors are extremely thin, too noizy in the morning and during the night (depends on your neighbours).

our room on the 9th floor benefited not only from all-day sunshine but the most beautiful views of the ocean. I do not think our stay would have been the same without the seaview or indeed the sunshine from such a high level. our family also thought the roof top pool was gorgeous
the roof top pool was beautiful and with the open plan made the view look as if the pool was flowing into the sea however my daughter sustained a serious injury which resulted in her splitting her head open and receiving stitches and x-ray from the local A & E Dept. Personally i feel that the open plan design suffers from serious safety risks for young children. My daughter is 14 yrs old and I wonder if she had been alot younger her injuries could have been alot worse. I was also disappointed that our double room was far smaller than that of the twin room booked for our children.

Powerful air conditioner (but you have to leave 20 Euro deposit for the remote controller), big balcony, pretty comfortable bed.
Poor breakfast, noise from the street and corridors, old towels, no Wi-Fi, no free cords to charge devices.

Rooms very clean and spacious. A short walk from all facilities and beach.
Not a relaxed atmosphere, strict time for meals and check-out. Web page indicated at 12 noon check-out but chambermaids were knocking on door from 9 am and hotel insisted on 10 am check-out. Breakfast was basic and not available after 10 am.

There is a spa and fitness center next door with a 50m pool and excellent facilities.
The buffet breakfast was simply not very good.

It was nice and clean and it has a central location.
The food and juice/coffe could have been better.
